Board of Directors
CPHIN will be governed by who drive the mission, vision, and strategy for CPHIN. CPHIN’s Board will hold representation from the following groups: biotechnology companies; hospitals and data custodians; academic and research institutions; patients; and at-large members.
Scientific Advisory Board
The Scientific Advisory Board will be independent advisory Board who advises and makes recommendations on Kick Start Programs. It also advises on CPHIN’s strategic direction as it applies to scientific and technological advancements of the CPHIN enterprise. As fiduciaries of CPHIN, the Board has final authority.
CPHIN is currently recruiting Board members and Scientific Advisory Board members. We are currently seeking Board members from academic and research institutions and hospitals to sit on our Board. For our Scientific Advisory Board, we are seeking independent researchers, physicians, academics, and those with technological expertise.
